Generally, where possible most people will want to avoid having a bedroom door faces a bedroom door. Unless you have the ability to alter the door position, then the only other practical advise is just to keep the toilet door closed when not in used.

The only issue is that it is like there is a missing corner or no support if your bedroom is above the garage. But it isn't really that bad just that if you can avoid such a situation of course it would be better.
