Staff Cecil Lee Posted August 26, 1999 Staff Share Posted August 26, 1999 Dear Yael,The truth is that Feng Shui theories do not really have an answer to the application of Feng Shui to a classroom. However, as a guideline, for the placement of tables and chair, it should be placed so that light entering the windows do not pose glare to the table tops.Usually, tables should be arranged straight rows and columns and the teacher sit directly facing the children. Other than the above and creating a more yang environment e.g. you can display work done by the children on the walls or noticeboards to increase their esteem. The rest will have to depend on the method of teaching and creating an interest in their studies based on individual teaching methods.Good Luck in your Teaching career!Warmest Regards,Cecil Lee Quote On 8/26/99 3:51:54 AM, Anonymous wrote:Shalom ,I am starting to teach in anew school in Israel and Iwould like to apply the fengshui in the classroom. The students are in the 11grade and they have a very lowself-esteem, some of them arehyperactive .How can I arrange the room fortheir benefits?thank youyael
