Thank you for your time. I am selling a home in California, the front door does not face the street, this seems like a benefit is that correct? If so how can I use this to my advantage in marketing my property?

Frankly, as long as there is no road cutting towards the house or curving into the house then there is no sha qi towards the house. Therefore, there should not be any major sha qi from that point. But this is a very common feng shui benefit.

Therefore, if you do want to use feng shui in your marketing of your property, you should be wanting to list it's major or uniquefeng shui benefit rather than to list all the minor benefit.
