HDB Front door

Hi Master,

I have read that most HDB "main door" is actually not at the living room door of the HDB apartment. It is actually where the most light and wind come in. I just got a apartment and the living room door face anotherapartment unit's door. While the other direction of my flat is my balcony where most wind and light come in.

1)Am i right to said that my "main door" is actually at the balcony.

2) There is another blk of flat( 12 storey high) which isopposite my apartment (16 floor)as shown in the pic. Thecornerof the blkfacemy balcony and the other 2 bedrooms. Is this consider a posion arrow even if i am not on actualsame level as this blk???

3) My best direction (West)is my wife worst direction..which i intend to place our bed..What can i do to solve this??

4) Thanks for advices and by the way what is yr charges for 5 room HDB audit??

This depends on the whether the layout. Some layout is such that the facing of the house is better taken from where most like comes into the house.

3. Landed property, best to take the facing of the house.

 

So based on that to define your home should be ok. Only under very unqiue situation then for those staying in houses (1), then you might have to take the balcony or living room direction.

Given that yours is 4 storey higher floor, it is still a posion arrow, but will have lesser impact to your home as you are higher.

Firstly, check if there is a direction that is like spook/irritation. If not, then you should try to position where both of you do not sleep closer to your death or disaster sector.

 

 

Usually, you are considered the breadwinner, therefore priority goes to having a suitable house. Then your spouse will get a more suitable bedroom.

 

 

After which, just find a direction where you avoid the Death or Disaster facing. Or sleep closer to side of the bed, clsoer your good sector.
