Opening ceremony

Thanks and I really appreciated your reply. I would like to confirm the opening ceremony forour shopon 22nd January 2006 and refer to your forum ritual "Initial Opening of Door for the first time" does that reflect to the shop as well. As procedure no 1 and no 2does it, we have to call out "PING AN FA CHAI" then throw in PINEAPPLE (x1 pcs) and prepare RICE and GREEN BEANS. We did not proceed the procedure as I was away from the holiday and we had collected the key.Must I do it orsprinkle the rice and green beanson or before the opening ceremony of our shop.Is there any alternative that we can, if we bring in the goods into the shop and do the above precedure ritual call out "PING AN FA CHAI".Hope you can give me some advice here.
