myfs_95669
Hi Master Lee, I had read up acticles on how to determine the facing of the house but am still very confuse. Hope that you can answer my quries. How exactly do I determine the facing of my house? (HDB flats). Do I take the compass reading from the centre of the house towards the direction of the main door (280 degree) or do I stand inside the main door looking outside the house (245 degree) to take the compass reading? If my main door is closedand my balcony is left opened most of the time, does that mean the actual facing of my house should be the balcony? If yes, should I thake the compass reading from center of the house or the facing of the balcony? Appreciate if you could help on these. Thank you for your precious time and god bless. PS: Sorry if I can't draw properly. Desmond

Anyway, just for the benefit of other users reading:-First, determine the level of the apartment:-1. 2nd-7th level, always take the main door facing. ie standing at the main door looking outwards.2. 8th level an dup, always take the living room/balcony. ie standing at the living room balcony looking outwards.3. Landed Property, take the facing of the house. Usually there will be a front of the house.Taking the compass from the center of the house is also acceptable except that the analysis can only be used to assess the interior of the house. Since sometimes we may need to consider the exterior analysis, so taking the facing in general will make it easier for users.Hope that helps.Warmest RegardsRobert LeeGEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research
myfs_111861
Hi Master Lee,Howwould it work for a ground floorapartment? Would youconsider it as a 2nd floor apartment or would you consider it as a landed house for determining the facing.Thanks.
