Or pricing it right or to keep the place clean. In terms of feng shui, you can try to improve some of your luck such as to improve your ba zi element suitability. Or if the unit that is for sale/rent has good feng shui features, you can attempt to make use of that point to help in the sale. Otherwise, there is really very little else you can do to get a quick sale.
