hello,


i hav read that this year, there shouldnt b any building or disruption in the north or south east sector but we were planning on finally building our house in 2 months, the kitchen would b towards the north and bedroom/onsuite in south east.


when is a good time 2 build?


wat must we do?

North/West and North must be careful because it is the Grand Duke (Tai Sui) or Location in Conflict. So if you can avoid having any major renovations, you should try to do so. South-East is not as bad but probably the concern is due to the illnes star in South-East sector this year.


If you cannot avoid it, I recommend that you at least look for an auspicious date to start work, and do some simple prayer or offering to the deities or gods or spirits in the area that you are planning to start work and apologise for any inconvienced caused. Then, avoid being present during the entire renovation process until it is completed.

ok, im sure we will start building our house this year so how do i work out wen an auspicous day would b?


what kind of offering can i do? and do i have to bon the landwe r going 2 buid on 2 do the prayer/offering? or can i ask from our current flat.


also wont every year have bad directions? i 4ort the flying stars jst move around so surely nxt year will also have bad directions not to bdisturbed?


and as its a whole house we are building....we cant jst leave 1 area till nxt year.
