House Gua & Personal Gua - Which gua take priority

I'm confuse over house gua and personal gua, which gua takepriority first, especially when you are doing house hunting.

In house hunting, we usually look for the following:-

1. A good external shapes and form is most important, because this factor cannot be changed by you once you move in.

2. The house facing direction must in general fall under either of the 4 good direction under your Eight House Kua (ie prosperity, excellent, longevity, health)

3. If possible, if your house direction can also be one of your favourable ba zielement, thenthe direction thatis favourable to both your eight house and ba zi direction would be your best overall direction.

4. The flying star of the house is the next factor to consider. Among the favourable directionremaining, which has the best flying star should be the next factor.

Other factors apart from these are considered as good to have if possible.
