For example, if NE is not a living room or clear space, then you will not benefit from activating the water sar. Or if the other stars in the sector will in activate other bad stars, then it may not be beneficial to activate the sector. Though, in a house one might have the possibility to activatemountain star/water star etc. However, if they arenot appropriate to activate, thenyou can't benefit fromactivating it.
