Dear Robert and Cecil,

I have a question regardingbasement cellars. Many old properties in Europe have cellars, dark unaccessable areas, which can benoticed only by the ventilation bricks or by removal of the floor boards.

are these cellars the source of negative Qi, and if so can one do something about it.
