My bedroom is situated over the garage.

I'm confused about the cure for this. So far, I've come across several different advice:

1. place a mirror face down under the bed.

2. place a lucky toad under the bed.

3. place a mirror on the ceiling of the garage.

4. hang crystals over all the cars in the garage.

5. paint a tree to bring in the earth element. (I think in the garage.)

Which do you recommend?

The other thing is that various sources said it wasn't too bad if the occupant of the room is an older child. Well, I'm over 30 and the eldest female. So does this mean it's not that bad?

This is more a common sense reasoning. It is often considered inauspicious, because usually the garage where the car is kept. As you know the car will have petrol, then when you do work, sometimes you keep the oil or flamable products in the garage. Soshould there be a fire, the bedroomif located on top will be the firsttobe affected. This is similiar to the kitchen. However, what is the probability of a fire starting in the garage, then compared to the kitchen. So this is not really as bad or as inauspicious. A pratical solution would just to install smoke detectors or sprinklers for safety.

So, if you understand why is it deemed inauspicious, you will find that most of the above solutions does not really help youat all.

If you can keep the garage clean, and ensure thatsafety measures are in place, then should anything catch fire, you will be able to escape. So the concept about having an adult is fine is probably due to this.

Hope that helps.
