Last year it was seller's market. We got an offer last year, the first day we had an open housebutthe buyers back outand held usupfor almost 30 days.Until the market slows down. Now it's buyers market and real estate slows down. We lowered our price 4 times now, and my house is now below market value, butwe still don't know what else we need to do. Our house is almost empty except for bedrooms (we still live in it). We tried to make sure it's always clean so we can show it anytime. I am becoming desperate. Please let me know what we should do to sell my house soon hoping not to reach the anniversary month (August).Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Feng Shui is not a miracle cure to all sorts of problems. There is very little that feng shui can help in speeding up the sale of a house except for:-

i) Improving your personal luck, this may help to boost your luck so that more potential buyers come to view the house. ie know what is your personal element/colour, wearing more of your favourable colour or having more element in as many area of your life will help to boost your luck:-

ii) If the house really have good feng shui, then you can use that to help promote. But even on this aspect, if the house really have bad feng shui features it can make it even harder for you to sell it. Thus, it is a double edge feature.

That is about all that you can use feng shui to help especially for selling a house. The rest of the factors that determine how fast will the house sell depends a lot on:-

i) Location of the house. Most buyers are very choosy about the location such as whether the location has good transport/schools/facilities etc. If there are, make sure you use them to help you sell it. That is why, we also keep mentioning that a auspicious feng shuihouse also depends alot about the location. In fact, the three most important factor that makes a house good are: 1) location, 2) location and 3) also location. Most of a time when a house isn't easy to sell it has to do with the location unfortunately.

ii) The price of the house. I mean with so many new houses/condo/hdb for sale now-a-days, if the price is too high, even with the best location/features, it will also impact your chances for the sale. Even if your price is low, but most people will consider should they buy a new or old house. And if price difference isn't too great, most will opt for new home. That is why, it is not easy tosell even if it is price low.

iii) The agent's contact and skills. I mean hiring a good agent that has the contacts for potential buyer and a good sales record is important.

So where location or price are a problem, then you really need a good agent to help you on this. Nothing else is really going to help you make a sale. As far as feng shui, it will also have very little impact to influencing the sale of the house.
