Dear Master,

fficeffice" />

I am planning to rent a new apartment and it is located at the 16th floor, with full-height and very wide transparent sealed glass windows overlooking the distant buildings. It is facing south, while the main door is located and facing the opposite direction, North.

So, should I take the South as the apartment facing instead of the main door? Please advise. Thanks!

Apartment (8th level and up), it is best to take the living room/balcony frontage or even sometimes where most light enters into the house. Therefore, you should take your frontage as a South facing house.

Apartment (2nd-7th level), it is better to take the main door facing.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
