Dear Yew Heng,

In general, it sounds, OK. However, some of the key factors include:

1. If one stands in-side the home looking outwards, is there any lamp post, or a tree trunk facing the mainentrance or windows of the home.

2. Where possible, the plot of land is rectangular/squarish in shape.

3. Sewerage pipes / conduits running into the home

4. Drainage locations. Ideally should not cut into the side of the home etc..

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
