My Work Place Postioning

Dear ShiFu,

I'm currently transfer over to my new office which my sitting in the southern part of the office but in my good working position.

My question is how to counter the glass panel behind my sitting position to make it like a mountain to stabilise my position?

By putting any auspicious items to enchance my postioning?
