myfs_126451 Posted February 24, 2007 Share Posted February 24, 2007 i had nightmares when i didn't cover up body to sleep... i realised nightmares comes often when i didn't cover myself with blanket.. my mind cannot rest well.. what can i do to improve sleep? Wrap it in a cloth material and it is sewn into the pillow casing.
