Generally, that is why it is important that you check the house for such key flaws before you buy them. Otherwise, it will be harder to correct them.

1. Bathroom in the center of the house is a major flaw that is hard to fix as you cannot simply move the toilet to another position. However, on it's own it does not really mean that your house will be doom. It often takes two or more major leaks together to create problem.

Some common way to minimise it is to keep the toilet door closed and toilet seat cover down when not in used. The other is to buy a hulu (bottle gourd) which will symbolise trapping wealth before it leaks out of the house. These two are usually some of the methods to prevent wealth leak out of the house.

2. As for the missing corner, you can either have:-

a)Mirrors to extend the missing corner from inside the house;

b) Or have a concave bagua to try to suck wealth back from the missing corner.

c) Or create a stone garden landscape to form the missing corner. Such that when you view the house from the top down, you no longer see the missing corner.

Anyway, missing corner isn't often a major factor. Most houses will often have some missing corner here and there. So it isn't really a major issue to worry about compared to the toilet in the center of the house.

3. As for the house number. Generally this is more likely to affect your future resale value especially, if you sell to Chinese believers as they will often avoid numbers such as 4 (death in cantonese pronounciation), even 1 as it can mean loneliness etc. Most will like the house number to contain like 6 (luck) / 8 (wealth) / 9 (longevity)etc.

Anyway, this is more a individual likes and dislike. As there are really many ways to determine whether a number is auspicious. Some goes by sound of the number, some goes by whether the number is their lucky number etc. I mean even say 4 to some people this is bad luck, but to some this is an auspicious number. So I won't worry too much about the house number. So as mentioned, it will affect future re-sale value but won't have any immediate problems.

Generally, a NE/SW facing house has good flying star luck in Period 8, and if you are aWest group person this house is generally a good house facing direction. However, if you are a East group person, then it won't be your favourable direction. Eitherway, if the house is built before 2004, you might want to consider to fly the house to Period 8 to tap the auspicious stars.

Anyway, it is best you get someone to properly review your house, then try to balance up all the negative aspects and activate some of the good luck so that whatever problems will be minimised.

Hope that helps.

Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
