Direction of house

I just purchase one unit of HDB, the construction of the block is at period 7, but the house owner did a renovation last year,when i using your free flying star report i should select period 7 or 8. And this unit is at 10 floor i should the the direciton of the house from main door or the window? I friend told me that the main door(located at south) is the no 5 star and is very bad for the family, what can i do to encounter this?

Whether or not it is a period 8, depends on how major the renovation work. I mean if there is confirm hacking down of walls or even major floor tiles changes, these are usually major enough to force a change of Qi to period 8. Otherwise, it would be safer to classify as a Period 7 house first.

In any case, you can always fly the house chart to period 8. So probably you want to ask yourself if you plan to have any major renovation after you move-in. If you do, then youcan treat it as a period 8.

If not, then to eliminate any doubt, it is still better to fly the house luck to period 8 so that you can activate the current period 8 stars luck. Rather than worry if it is still a period 7 or perio 8.

Since it is above 8th floor, then it is recommended to take the living room/balcony facing direction or where most light enters into the house. That will be the facing direction you should take rather than the main door. Only if your house is located on the 2nd-7th level, then you take the main door as your facing direciton.

You really have to see what is the stars in that sector. I mean for almost all chart, the star 5 and star 2 which are the misfortune and illness star will always be found in one of the 9sector. It is worst if say 3 of the stars in the same sector is 525 for example. So yes, star 5 maybe bad, but it depends on what other stars is present. It is the interaction of the stars that determines how bad the sector is.Some stars may neutralise the star 5 such as star 6 strong metal can help to neutralise the effect.

Generally if there is a star 5 which is a Strong Earth star, then avoid bright yellow/bright red colour. Metal (white/gold) influence colours would be best.
