Dear Master Cecil:

As you can check on your records, I am one of your clients and a have several questions.

1. Does the Grand Duke starts being in the North in the Chinese calendar year or in the Western Calendar year? (Would you please specify the date?)

2. We are not suppose to make renovations in the South or in the North?

3. Being a weak water tiger and my bedroom is located between the Southwest and the Southeast, what is your suggestion?

Thank you!

Dear Anon,

Please refer to the following link:-

http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2008.htm

Take note the following sectors:-

  • Sickness Star this year is at North-West
  • Misfortune/Sickness Star this year is at South
  • Disputes/Quarrel Star this year is at West
  • Education/Romance Star this year is at North-East

  • Grand Duke this year is North, 0 Degree.
    - Avoid sitting facing the grand duke or disturbing him by having renovations.
  • Location in Conflict is South.
    - Avoid having renovations done opposite the location in conflict.

For 2008, avoid both North and South as mentioned, above. This year 5 yellow also happens to be at South. Thus, especially for North and South, avoid renovations at this two locations.

A Feng Shui audit would have taken into account Flying star numbes at both Southwest and Southeast sectors of your home. If so, no further changes need to be done.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
