Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 1, 2021 Author Staff Share Posted March 1, 2021 On 3/6/2019 at 9:04 AM, Cecil Lee said: Burn incense not compulsory right? (Newly TOP CONDO UNIT) Response: If you are non religious. no need. Anyway, if so, better check with them (Developers representative/facilitator/MA) where to burn. Because, outside the corridor of all unit lobbies got such thing as a smoke detector. If need to burn, then inside your unit and close doors. No need for most people. Other than the religious fanatic All newer condos, ECs and private apartments have at least one of them at the common lobby of all levels

Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 24, 2021 Author Staff Share Posted May 24, 2021 Hi Master Cecil, after collection of key from Seller, can we go in to take measurement (happen to be inauspicious date for the next 2 days) and perform the 1st time open door later (3rd day after key collection) or we can skip the whole entire 1st time open door and perform the renovation ceremony? 1st time opening day is most important? Reply: On an inauspicious day, so long as go in for the 1st time: A simple procedure is just to throw in a pineapple. Before doing so yell: Ping An Fai Cai, Huat Ah! No further procedures need be performed anymore for 1st time open door

Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 6, 2023 Author Staff Share Posted March 6, 2023 Good afternoon Master Lee. I'm reading your handbook on 1st time open door. There is a step on sprinkling rice and green beans. May I understand what is the meaning for this process? Thank you. >>to deposit wealth into the home. Oh, I see. So if include salt then will be cleansing purpose? >>Up to you. But if you have eg. parquet flooring or other types of flooring. And due to humidity the salt crystals become.. wet.. then GOOD LUCK! Sayonara to the flooring, simple as this >>Some clients have expensive floorings like marble and teak parquet flooring. And I include the use of salt, then.. if damage? Okay, I now understand the meaning behind the process. Thank you Master Lee!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 23 Author Staff Share Posted January 23 Hello Master Cecil, may I know the difference between first time open door and first day move in? 1. First time Open door = collect key and go up to the unit for the very first time. 2. Para 3 is as what you have just mentioned "Move-in" - to stay for the very first time
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 28 Author Staff Share Posted January 28 This is Chinese custom, not Feng Shui. An alternative to the common Fa Cao; if last minute can’t find one or two. For eg. Often at most Swee Heng confectionery - branch. They have many branches all over Singapore. But please remove the white one. As it is considered inauspicious unless there is a red dot on it. Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 18 Author Staff Share Posted November 18 Qn: Master, is small Fa Gao ok for 1st time open door tradition? Not perfect but can do Usually is orange or chocolate +++ More Qn: And what about the red packets? Should I give away or keep them? >suppose to keep or spent on family members Qn: For the sprinkling of the green bean and rice is it for whole house or just living room area? >symbolic of placing wealth into the level 1 of the house. Thus most sprinkle all over the house other than the toilet. Qn: 1 hour after the ritual, can I clear all the fruits immediately? Are the fruits ok for personal consumption or can give to my helpers? >Typically intended for personal use. However, if an individual possesses considerable wealth and wishes to share their resources with others, there are no restrictions preventing them from doing so. Can even sent to me also.
