"clear space" effect. Health especially for the 1st year is a concern but overall, the house may enjoy favourable wealth luck.The suggestion or advise is for a holistic approach to Feng Shui: try to do a full Feng Shui audit : to neutralise the leaks and areas where qi can be improved on, try to do so.
