Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 16, 2008 Staff Share Posted June 16, 2008 This layout plan is typical of some of the layout plan(s) found especially at the HDB Fernvale @ Sengkang (constructed 2 to 3 years ago).1. Usually to hide the washing machine / drier many use the L shaped sink / stove . Some built a low "partition" at the kitchen side to block the view to the kitchen.2. The greatest "concern" would be the main door - kitchen "door". 3. The toilet at the "centre" is the least of the problem.4. More importantly, the most crucial is hopefully your apartment has favourable Flying star "numbers" - superimposed on the layout plan.
