Cecil,
This year:
1.we changed some part of the roof since the roof is old and we have been experiencing leaks from the rain.
2. changed the kitchen floor tiles and painted a new color on the walls of the kitchen
3. painted new color on the walls of the master's bedroom which we now turned into gym room
4. painted new color on the walls of the living and dining rooms.
So, would you consider our house newly renovated and now under period 8? Or is our house still under period 6?
Please advice. Thanks!

No, the amount of renovation done may not be considered as being flown to Period 8.
