Hi Master Lee,

I am a male with the Kua Metal6-Qian,& my wife is with the Kua Earth8-Gen.Recently,we are interested in a HDB 5 room flat. The facts are as follows:-

a) Unit on the 8th floor with the number #08-585,

b) Main door facing is SE,the full glass window in the living room is facing SW,considered unblocked since the opposite flat is not so near.

c) Current owner shifting to Executive apartment.

d) The owner is a couple with a kid. They only stay in the house during the weekend & occasionally during the weekdays, because the kid is being looked after by their parents, and they normally stay at their parents side as the current flat is far away from parents home.

Can you advise us whether the flat is suitable for us?We are a bit uncomfortable with weekend house,as we heard that this type of house normally has a lower Yang qi,and we are afraid that the house might be 'dirty'.We appreciate any advise from you.

1. Frankly, in my opinion, higher floors are often less of a concern of being "dirty". Majority of "dirty" homes are either ground floor upto usually 4 or 5th storeys high even for a weekend house.

2. Drawing a proper Flying Star chart can often hold a tell-tale sign especially if there are high concentrations of "yin" stars in a specific sector e.g. a vacant bedroom.

3. In general, if you have brought all your family members to the apartment and do check with them how they feel about the home.

4. Otherwise, get professional help from Geomaners to do a Feng Shui audit. Many of us, especially with our specialsed luo pan is able to "detect" such entities (or non-entities). And advise you on it.
