Sorry I dont know how to reply to the answer you have given me about my tattoo. I made a mistake and put dragon and tiger in the subject but explained in the message text that I have learnt a the tiger-crane combination, not dragon and tiger and want to have a tattoo of both animals, perhaps one on each leg. (I am a dragon in the Chinese horoscope - sorry to confuse you.
Kindly advise
Respectfully

In general, a crane symbolises longevity. And also the phoenix. During weddings, one can often find the wedding card with the dragon (male) and phoenix (female) diagram in an embrance.

Otherwise the tiger-crane combination is more unique to the Martial Arts. And thus no major significance when combined together unlike the dragon - tiger or dragon - phoenix (crane) combinations.
