Dear Albert,

I have considered the site relative to the Brighthill crematorium and columbarium i.e. I have explored the area and in my opinion, they are not exactly in direct path nor very close-by to this development.

Overall, the general alignment of this plot of land i.e. the site (in general) is aligned in a North-South direction. This is a plus factor. Having taken this into consideration and the overall surrounding, it has its merits.
