Dear Kaushal,

Currently, since this is period 7 (1984 to 2003), #7 is considered OK or acceptable.

When one looks at a sector, I usually look at all three #'s (as u mentioned, the # on the right, the # on the left and the base no.).

This is where, the mountain #, the water # is looked at in relation to the base no.
