Dear Jose,

Unfortunately, " Feng Shui " has been highly commercialised and this gives it a really bad " after-taste " or bad reputation.

I can quite understand that many people have purchased books or even convinced that they must buy, buy and buy commercialised items "in-exchange" for better luck ....

But after-a-while, after having seen no results and yet money gets drained off; many of us would go into dispair and may end up worse - in a vicious cycle of poor finances which affect family relationships etc...

The concept of buy, buy, buy and place, place, place may sometimes create more problems also.

As the saying goes " Rome was not built in a day".

Similarly to understand proper Feng Shui, it cannot be understood in a day.

To `rush' into Feng Shui is like the understanding that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

Perhaps, you can start by reading some of the resources here. Or read thru, some of the questions posted here.

Unfortunately, my advise is for you and your family to withdraw what was placed in the home e.g. bamboo.... and start a fresh.

Warmest Regards,
Cecil
