Dear Janaki,
From a Shapes and Form point of view under Feng Shui, yes, it is inauspicious to have a toilet door facing the main entrance.
This is usually a fundamental flaw and difficult to correct. The only option to REDUCE the effect is to see if the toilet door can be `partitioned' away from the view of the main entrance.
Try as we might, sometimes it is difficult to `cure' fundamental flaws in the house.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
