Dear Suzanne,
A `flat' refers to the British language term that is equivalent to "an apartment or even condominium.
Therefore, a flat number refers to the apartment's number e.g. #17-04 etc...
The free Flying Star flat/apartment number analysis report therefore provides information on the `auspicious/inauspicious' interpretation of a flat/apartment.
