Dear Deidre,
If your daughter is frequently getting injured or sickness, most likely if a Flying Star chart is done, there should usually be bad #numbers such as #2 or #5 in your daughter's bedroom.

If the bed is against the bathroom wall / sink and toilet, please check on the above first to see if there are bad #2 and #5.
You can also try to see if there are any other positions the bed can be placed. Else, you could try leaving a gap between the head of the bed and the wall or in some instances, one may have a bed head / cupboard between the bed and the wall.

Yes, some houses cannot be `lived' in. But these are exceptional or few.
Most houses can be audited using Compass School Feng Shui and Shapes and Form for proper harmony.
