No, it depends. This is the rationale, why, I suggested for a `proportinate' sketch or layout plan.
Without a proper sketch, it is not easy to comment whether to superimpose a 9 grid or to assess it as an `L' shaped home.
For an `L' shaped home even if we separate it into two rectangles; it may be quite trickly for some to find out what is the direction of the main entrance and whether to use to directions (different) grids for each rectangle or superimpose identical grids to both triangles.
