Dear Rosen,
1. Do you have a sketch (even a simple outline) will do of your plot of land in relation to the highway and the `enclave' of e.g. teh business district.
2. Describe, what is at the frontage, back and both sides of your plot of land:-
2.1. In general what is the road that leads into your building.
2.2. What are the height of the neighbouring buildings.
2.3 Is this an industrial (manufacturing) or business (commercial area) and are the neighbours (manufacturing or commercial).
3. Usually if your plot of land is `enclosed' within a district meant for business; it does not imply the same as what I mentioned earlier i.e. the residential area.
Apologise for asking so many questions.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
